Pada penyelenggaraan Oscar 2022, film The Power of Dog (2021) berhasil mendominasi daftar 12 nominasi. Menyusul film tersebut, ada Dune (2021) yang berhasil masuk pada 10 nominasi, termasuk untuk kategori “Best Picture”.
